CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you are having problems placing an order or with an order you received please contact our Online Customer Service for assistance at Shop@TOKiMONSTA.com.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day.

Placing an Order

After you have added an item to your cart, you will be able to view your cart prior to checkout.  Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.  Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order. 

Payment Options

We accept VisaMasterCardDiscover and American Express credit card payments as well as Apple Pay payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. 

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax 9% will be added to all purchases shipping to California. 

Verification and Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.  This may require us to contact your directly.  When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order. 

International Orders

We welcome and accept international orders and ship to most countries. Applicable duties that packages may incur are not included in shipping prices and an additional cost paid on delivery by the buyer.

DHL International Shipping starts at $30 for small packages, clothing and larger items will start at $50. Delivery takes between 1-2 weeks.

International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

All returns must be authorized by email from Shop@TOKiMONSTA.com. Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order. All apparel and non-apparel products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed or branded packaging damages and will be eligible for exchanges only. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer.

International returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your package and will be eligible for exchange only. Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense; we suggest using a traceable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost, as we are not responsible for any lost packages.  Please include your invoice or order number. Shipping and duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If a product needs to be exchanged, a new order can be placed for the correct item and a simple return of the previous item can be conducted within 14 days of the order date. 

All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement or returning of an item will be paid by the customer, as well as payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer. Returns are eligible only for store credit. Select items may not be eligible for store credit returns. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. A receipt must accompany all returns and exchanges. TOKiMONSTA reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. In the event FedEx returns a package, your payment will be refunded minus the actual fee of shipping, and we will contact you to confirm receipt.

 Refunds and Processing

*Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After an order is placed, if your order needs verification of payment, it can delay the processing of your order. This is just an estimate, and does not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.

Tracking Your Order 

An order number will be provided to you once the order has been placed. A tracking code will be attached to this document and include the items in the order as well as the order number. This document will be provided to you within 24 hours. If you are unable to track your order, please contact Shop@TOKiMONSTA.com for further assistance. 

Change or Cancel Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please contact customer care at Shop@TOKiMONSTA.com.
